The Wine:
From Frazione Perno in Monforte D'Alba, Vigna Santo Stefano. Harvested mid-September and fermented with the cap floating for 6/7 days under temperature control. Aging took place in cement for 6-8 months.
Intense ruby red in the glass, it has an intense vinous aroma with red fruits and floral hints. The palace is dry, with great body and concentration, amaro herbs, and a gracefully elegant finish.
